A gala dinner, for over 300 dignitaries was hosted by Le Royal Dbayeh and was attended by Fadi Abboud and Maha Khatib, Lebanon and Jordan's tourism ministers. The event paid tribute to five women pioneers in the field of hospitality: Myrna Boustany, Maya Noun Bekhazi, Sawsan Wazzan Jabri, Lina Ltayf and Christine Assouad Sfeir. The climax of the evening was "Nouhad Dammous Excellence Award" which was granted to Mher Aoun of Sagesse University. Guests were treated to a fabulous "Chocolate Catwalk".The most beautiful dress, which was designed by an Esmode fashion student and executed by Hanna Khalil, chef of Le Meilleur, was awarded first prize.
